Kyle Aylesworth scores two in Ohio Valley loss

Posted: March 11th, 2014 @ 11:29am

Kingston's Kyle Aylesworth scored two goals Monday in the losing effort as the Ohio Valley Fighting Scots were defeated by Wingate in an Eastern College Athletic Conference Division II lacrosse game.

It was the fifth game in a row that Ayleworth, a graduate of Frontenac Secondary School and the Kingston Kings junior program, has scored at least two goals. In his second year at Ohio Valley, Aylesworth stands first on the team with 15 goals in seven games and second with 31 points.

The Fighting Scots are 1-6 overall this year, but 1-1 in conference play.
