Kyle Aylesworth bright spot in slow start at Ohio Valley University

Things have not gone well in the first half of the intercollegiate lacrosse season at Ohio Valley University. Having replaced their coach after a 1-10 start, the Fighting Scots go into a pair of weekend games with just one win to show for four Eastern College Athletic Conference Division II games.

Ohio Valley lost its last two games by a collective 37-6, with Kingston sophomore Kyle Aylesworth scoring half of his team's goals. The former Kingston Kings star, Aylesworth, a Frontenac Secondary School grad, leads the Fighting Scots with 19 goals and 22 points in 11 games.
