MISSISSAUGA: Results of Kingston-area atheltes on the second day Friday of the 65th Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations track and field championships, at St. Marcellinus Secondary School.

Danny Amaral, Regiopolis Notre Dame

Ran the 100 metres for boys with intellectual disabilities in 13.66 seconds, finished fifth in the fast section and fifth overall.

Marissa Battle, Kingston

Ran midget girls 100 metres in 13.02 seconds, finished third in the slow heat and qualified for the final. Her time was eighth overall.

Finished fourth in the final in 12.66 seconds.

Amanda Black, Kingston

Had a best attempt of 4.68 metres and finished eighth in midget girls long jump.

Kara Blair, Rideau District

Had a best attempt of 5.07 metres, a season best, and finished seventh in junior girls long jump.

Adam Bruggraf, Bayridge

Had a best attempt of 47.48 metres, a personal best, and won the bronze medal in midget boys javelin.

Brittany Campbell, Sydenham

Ran junior girls 100 metres in 13.45 seconds, finished seventh in the second-fastest heat and did not qualify for the final. Her time was 21st overall.

Tyler Cancian, Sydenham

Ran junior boys 100-metre hurdles in 14.83 seconds, finished third in the fast heat and did not qualify for the final. His time was ninth overall.

Ryland Clark, Napanee

Ran midget boys 100-metre hurdles in 15.43 seconds, finished third in the second-fastest heat and did not qualify for the final. His time was ninth overall.

Emily Drouin, Regiopolis Notre Dame

Ran the final of open girls 1,500-metre steeplechase in a personal-best 5 minutes 9.25 seconds and won the bronze medal.

Alex Ethier, Rideau District

Ran midget girls 80-metre hurdles in a personal-best 12.56 seconds, finished third in the fastest heat and qualified for the final. Her time was seventh overall.

Finished eighth in the final in 16.57 seconds

Emily Fawcett, Holy Cross

Had a best attempt of 30.12 metres, a personal best, and won the silver medal in midget girls discus.

Dominique Hannah, Sydenham

Finished sixth in the fast section, and sixth overall, in the open 100 metres for intellectually impaired girls in 16.85 seconds.

Shirley Hughes, Sydenham

Won the silver medal in ambulatory girls 100 metres in 17.70 seconds.

Heather Jaros, La Salle

Won the gold medal in senior girls 1,500 metres, in 4 minutes 27.96 seconds.

Darien Leblanc, Holy Cross

Ran senior boys 100 metres in 11.68 seconds, finished seventh in the slow heat and did not qualify for the final. His time was 19th overall.

Cameron Linscott, Kingston

Finished eighth in junior boys 1,500 metres in 4 minuates 10.13 seconds.

Branna MacDougall, Regiopolis Notre Dame

Won the bronze medal in junior girls 1,500 metres in a season-best 4 minutes 37.78 seconds.

Drew Marquette, La Salle

Had a best attempt of 15.49 metres and finished eighth in junior boys shot put.

Trista McKee-Arlidge, Prince Edward

Ran open blind girls 100 metres in a season-best 26.20 seconds and finished fourth.

Clare Millard, Loyalist

Ran midget girls 80-metre hurdles in 12.90 seconds, finished fourth in the second-fastest heat and did not qualify for the final. Her time was 12th overall.

Jacquelyn Quesnel, Kingston

Finished fifth in the final of midget girls 1,500 metres in a season-best 4 minutes 48.23 seconds.

Maverick Snyder, Napanee

Had a best attempt of 12.01 metres and finished 10th in midget boys triple jump.

Cierra Vandermeer, Bayridge

Cleared 2.10 metres and finished 21st in senior girls pole vault.

Keneil Warren, Prince Edward

Ran midget boys 100 metres in 12.41 seconds, finished sixth in the slow heat and did not qualify for the final. His time was 19th overall.

Merik Wilcock, Sydenham

Ran midget boys 100-metre hurdles in 15.87 seconds, finished fifth in the slow heat and did not qualify for the final. His time was 15th overall.

Katie Zohorsky, Bayridge

Ran senior girls 100-metre hurdles in a personal-best 15.201 seconds, finished fifth in the fast heat and did not qualify for the final. Her time was 12th overall.

 

Relay

Sydenham Open Boys

Chris Adams, Chad McInnes, Brady Robertson and Ben Trickey ran the 1,600-metre relay in a season-best 3 minutes 31.94 seconds, finished sixth in the fast heat and did not qualify for the final. Their time was 14th overall.
