 Queen's wins annual boat challenge

  Rowers from Queen's University honoured one of their own and they also won the 16th annual McGill-Queen's Challenge Sunday on the inner harbour.
 
 Queen's won six of the eight races, including all four women's events - the five-kilometre head race and 500-metre sprint by both the varsity women's eight and novice women's eight. Queen's varsity men's eight also won both of its races.
 
 McGill won both the five-kilometre and 500-metre events for the novice men's four.
 
 During Sunday morning's event, Queen's honoured former rower Morgan Jarvis by naming a boat for him. Jarvis, with Douglas Vandor, was 14th at the 2012 London Olympics.
